• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and activity under your account.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for child profiles and use of the app by children.

Fonemio provides reading support features, including speech-assisted reading practice, progress tracking, and parent-facing insights. Features may change over time.

Fonemio is an educational tool and is not a medical device or substitute for professional educational, psychological, or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with security or platform operation
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or misuse APIs/features beyond intended use

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation details are shown at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

Fonemio, including software, design, branding, and content (except user-provided content), is owned by One Dev Labs Inc. or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it as needed to operate and improve the service.

If you submit feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.

Your use of Fonemio is also governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or where required for legal/security reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Dev Labs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Dev Labs Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where required.
